After decades of being known as the little maverick airline from Texas, Southwest had grown to be Americas’ largest domestic carrier. And they believed it was time that their brand evolved to reflect their size. So, as part of a multi-agency effort, we completely overhauled their corporate identity and advertising. The updated, more mature brand look and tone effected every touchpoint while never losing sight of Southwest’s origins. After all, they are the only airline with enough heart to put people first.
